Workout app for beginners
A workout app that starts where you are.
Starting is the hard part. Lvl Up asks a few honest questions, checks what you can do today and builds a first week you can finish.
Short answer
The best starting point for a beginner is a plan built around what you can do now, with every exercise shown. Lvl Up runs a short assessment, lets you skip any check, sets a starter plan from your answers and shows a real demonstration for each exercise. It is for ages 16 and up.

What your first day looks like
You answer questions about your goal, equipment and any injuries, run the assessment, set a target and a weekly rhythm, create an account with an email and password, and the app builds your starter plan and opens Today.
The assessment is not a test you can fail. A skipped check counts as unknown, never as zero, and you can take a safer incline push-up option or type your own numbers. Skipping a check can make your starting point more cautious.
Keeping going in week two
Streaks count planned days you actually trained, and rest days never break them. Weekly challenges give three goals every Monday, and your year view shows every workout as its own square. Tala, the in-app coach, answers everyday training questions and can suggest small tweaks that only apply when you approve them.
Starting safely
Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have an injury, a health condition or are pregnant. Stop if something hurts. Lvl Up gives general guidance, cannot diagnose anything and is not a substitute for a professional.
Questions people ask

No. The assessment sets your starting point, and you can skip any check.

Yes. The plan only uses the equipment you choose in setup.
How old do I have to be?
You must be 16 or older to use Lvl Up.
